I’m Ilana Rea, founder of Bodhi by Design and an Embodied Awareness Mentor.

I support overextended women who have spent years caring for everyone and everything around them, while quietly losing connection with themselves.

After years of giving to work, relationships, family, and life’s many obligations, they often find themselves feeling sick, depleted, overwhelmed, or alone. Then something happens — a health challenge, a loss, burnout, or a major transition — and they realize they are being called to wake up and live differently.

Not by pushing harder. Not by becoming someone new. But by returning to themselves with awareness, compassion, and alignment.

I know this story well because I have lived it.

What’s Included In Your Mentorship

This mentorship combines consistent 1:1 support, embodied awareness practices, Ayurvedic wisdom, nervous system regulation, lifestyle design, and compassionate accountability to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Committed 1:1 Support

Receive 3 to 12 months of weekly 1-hour sessions devoted to your well-being, growth, and integration. You commit to the work, and I commit to anchoring and supporting your transformation.

Comprehensive Ayurvedic Intake

We begin with a detailed intake to understand your unique mind-body type, imbalances, stressors, symptoms, patterns, and goals, creating a clear foundation for personalized support.

Mindfulness & Nervous System Support

Through mindfulness, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and other regulating practices, you’ll learn to calm your system, build resilience, and return to the present moment.

Lifestyle Design & Spiritual Counseling

Together, we explore supportive routines, boundaries, work, relationships, family life, purpose, values, and your spiritual path so your daily life can better reflect what truly matters.

Nutrition, Herbs & Care Team Integration

Receive personalized guidance around food, seasonal rhythms, and Ayurvedic herbs, with support sourcing herbs from trusted suppliers when appropriate. With your permission, I can also collaborate with your wider care team.

Between-Session Support

You’ll have email or text support during the business week for questions, insights, challenges, and encouragement as you integrate the work into your daily life.

As part of your mentorship, you’ll receive a one-of-a-kind care package curated just for you, filled with wellness items, supportive tools, and thoughtful surprises chosen to nourish your individual journey.

Your investment in the Embodied Awareness Mentorship is $800 per month with a 3-month minimum self-commitment. This includes weekly or bi-weekly sessions, personalized support, and between-session guidance so you feel held, supported, and encouraged as you create meaningful change from the inside out.

The first month gives both of us time to make sure this mentorship feels supportive, aligned, and truly right for you.

If after the first 30 days it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll close the container with care, and you’ll only be responsible for the sessions completed.
